The Vietnam war, and how it became reality again......The war on terror

It hurts to be hit or punched and more than that the psychological and emotional pain is great. The feeling of loss of honour and dignity that comes from being assaulted is severe.

I have been involved in some fights. Many as a bystander taking in the action, some where I was the one using violence mostly against people I knew, and then an episode against a total stranger who was verbally and physically abusive. I must admit that I was looking for a little trouble in that episode. I was also on the receiving end of violence in the streets some times.


This is what I learned about how and why and what to do about violence and how to avoid being a victim. Many fights happen under the influence of alcohol which makes people more aggressive. Violence usually results when one part is experiencing a feeling of loss of honour in which violence might seem, and sometimes is the only solution. If you must defend your honour in a situation then strike first without any signs of doing so and make sure you strike hard enough to get away afterwards or to get out of the confrontation as the winner.

You should punch the face, solar plexus or knee in the groin. Hitting teeth or head butting is also useful. Never end up underneath an opponent on the ground. Never think that if you behave yourself towards an aggressor then that person will be nice. It is always better when the aggressor is about to attack to strike and fight than to think you can speak yourself out of it. Be aware and ready to use violence always. Hopefully you will avoid doing so.

If somebody is following you move to the side or simply stand still and make that person walk in front. Never let anyone walk behind you especially if it’s late at night or if you feel threatened. Contrary to what many people believe the best thing to do against someone stalking you or sneaking up on you is to confront that person and let that person know that you are watching them. Never try to pretend that there is no danger or that if you just close your eyes then that person will go away. If you feel danger it is probably real and anyway it’s better to be safe than sorry.

I try to always be aware of my surroundings and people around me and I follow these simple rules. I watch people who are behaving strangely such as eyeing me or walking behind me or just stand’s in a place without moving for a long time. If you experience the adrenaline rush in a situation, the heart beats faster and your muscles tense try to control it and know that it happens to make you sharper. When I was in quarrel with a stranger my muscles tensed and I was amazed that just one push made the other person loose balance and falling after moving about 15 feet.

Vietnam, what a fantastic new experience, there are many sexy girls, even for an 35 year old man such as myself. I guess its what Thailand was 50 years ago. The mix of Vietnamese and Chinese people makes it so interesting. This is Jen that I also know from the Philippines and whom travelled with me there. The pictures below is one of my distant relatives, who also look like my brothers on the maternal side, athough he is also born with artificial insemeniation. Again due to complications of Malaria and Syfilis. His child ended up with progeria. There are also some children being born similar in Vietnam, but I think its a question for someone else whos better of. Dalai Lama recently spoke that we should stick to the religion we come from. Im a christian, prefer to call myself a catholic now. Buddhism is no longer something I think off.......

What could have been my other life....????

Sometimes I think of what I could have become, if I was born another place or in a different time. I think its quite funny because after some years in prison, I gained a good insight into myself. Because of this I have decided to wirte a little bit philosophical about my alternative identity. This is a picture of me and my brother on a trip to Sweden. Einsteins theory of relativity...

I made some effort recently to try to solve Einsteins theory of relativity. I watched quite a lot of the television program Big Bang Theory. It is about a group of engineering students that major in physics. One of them says that string theory is what everyone cares about in scientific circles. When I was sick with Mast Cell Activation disorder, I used to watch this television program almost daily or at least once a week. Supposedly the main character called Sheldon isnt able to pass his PHD exam because he concludes that the only thing he can do about string theory is to conclude that they got it wrong. His friend suggest he might consider it important to make a statement that defines the theory, and which can be used to proceed. It is sometimes necesarry in physics to assume something is correct and go on from there. Sheldon fails at doing this, and string theory is no closer to ebing solved. Brexit....Do I really care for you in England??

These people have problems that are difficult to treat. The doctor wants the patients to show their conditions to the audience in their private homes. There is an emphasis on showing them an approach to a healthier lifestyle. I have a friend from Spain called Frida, which was on the show. She has told me that now her and her husband often discuss wether or not the Twinning movement or the LGBTQI movement is most interesting. She tells me often that she finds her life more interesting now that she was on the show, and got these fascinating ideas. Twinning is a joke that comes from a sit-com in America called how I met your mother. It is about a word called doppelganger, where everybody in the world has someone that looks like them.
